Martin is a charted building surveyor and director at Bemerton Consulting. He has over 20 years experience of providing strategic advice on all building consultancy matters.

His experience has been gained in commercial and residential sectors, developed by team working, acting with integrity and good management practice. An effective communicator with the ability to lead teams to deliver results, whilst always upholding the client's core values. He has a good understanding of asset and estate management, property development, refurbishment and maintenance management including finance, budgeting and contract management.
